Welcome to FakeEmail.net. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FakeEmail.net (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and temporary email tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By opening FakeEmail.net, generating a temporary address, or reading messages on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You also agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using our service.
FakeEmail.net is not directed to children under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you may not use our service.
2. Description of the Service
FakeEmail.net provides a free, disposable email service designed to help you protect your personal inbox from spam, unwanted promotions, and marketing clutter. Our service operates under specific technical and functional boundaries:
- No registration or accounts: You do not need to sign up, create an account, provide a password, or submit personal details to use FakeEmail.net.
- Receive-only: The service is strictly receive-only. You cannot send outgoing emails, reply to messages, or forward incoming messages from our domains.
- Session-based storage: Your temporary addresses and inbox messages are tied directly to your active browser session using an essential session cookie (
ci_session). If you are inactive for about two hours, that session ends. - Address management: You can hold up to 10 addresses at the same time in a single browser session. You can choose a custom username on any of our available domains using the “Change” button, or remove an address using the “Delete” button.
- Mobile QR transfer: A temporary QR code feature allows you to open your current inbox on a mobile device. For security and session hygiene, this QR link expires after one hour.
- Data cleanup: Session data stored on our server (including your active addresses and inbox contents) is removed during routine server cleanup, typically within about one week of inactivity. Messages sent to addresses that nobody opens remain temporarily on our mail server until purged during routine maintenance.
3. Public Nature of Temporary Inboxes
You acknowledge and understand that FakeEmail.net provides temporary, shared inboxes rather than secure personal email accounts. Anyone who knows, discovers, or guesses an email address on our domains can enter that address and view its incoming messages.
Important Security Notice: Temporary email addresses are completely public. Never use a FakeEmail.net address for banking, financial transactions, password recovery, medical correspondence, government services, or sensitive personal communications. We are not responsible for any disclosure of data resulting from the public nature of these inboxes.
4. No Guarantee of Delivery, Availability, or Retention
While we work to keep FakeEmail.net reliable and fast, we provide the service without guarantees regarding email transmission or storage:
- No delivery guarantee: We cannot guarantee that an email sent by a third party will reach our mail servers, pass spam filters, or display in your temporary inbox.
- No retention guarantee: Temporary messages are designed to be short-lived. Inactive sessions expire after approximately two hours, and messages on the server are regularly purged. Do not rely on FakeEmail.net to store important messages, activation codes, or digital receipts.
- Uptime and interruptions: The website may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance periods, or interruptions beyond our control.

7. Third-Party Websites and Services
When you use a FakeEmail.net address to register on third-party websites or services, you interact with those external providers independently. Many websites actively maintain blocklists of disposable email domains and may reject registrations or suspend accounts linked to temporary domains.
We have no control over third-party policies, verification practices, or account decisions. If an external service rejects disposable addresses, you will need to provide an alternative address or an alias you control. Furthermore, our site may display third-party advertisements or links; we do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products, content, or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FakeEmail.net, its operator, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our service.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using FakeEmail.net.
11. Suspension and Abuse Prevention
To preserve service performance, protect mail infrastructure, and comply with law, we reserve the right to take automated or manual protective actions without notice. These actions include dropping incoming connections, blocking abusive IP addresses, restricting address creation, or blocking access to specific mailboxes or domains that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of FakeEmail.net at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. When changes occur, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website following any update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
